Right of withdrawal
A customer who is a consumer may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. To exercise this right, let us know your decision using the contact details on the Contact page, or by using the model withdrawal form in our Terms of Service (optional).
How to return an item
- Write to us with your order number and which items you’re returning.
- Send the item back, unused, to the address you’ll receive in reply, within 14 days of notifying us.
- The refund will be issued within 14 days of us receiving the returned item (or proof of its return).
The customer bears the direct cost of returning the item.
Statutory warranty (defective goods)
Separately from the right of withdrawal, goods are covered by the Seller’s 2-year statutory warranty (rękojmia). If the part you received is defective or doesn’t match your order, contact us — we’ll handle the complaint within 14 days. Details in our Terms of Service.
Parts not eligible for return
In accordance with consumer rights law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to parts ordered for a specific vehicle on special order, if they were clearly marked as non-returnable.
