How ordering works
- Send your order. Add the parts to your cart, enter your details and the delivery address and send the order. Nothing is charged at this point.
- We check it. We confirm availability and the price of every part with our suppliers and work out the delivery cost. This usually takes up to 2 business days. If a part is unavailable or its price has changed, we tell you and adjust the order.
- You pay. You receive the confirmed order with a proforma invoice and a payment link by email and in your account.
- We ship. Once the payment is credited we order the parts, pack them and send them by courier. You get the tracking number and the VAT invoice by email.
Delivery time
Every part is sourced to order. After your payment is credited, parts usually reach us within 1–2 weeks; some parts take longer. The transit time after dispatch depends on the carrier and the destination.
All delivery times are estimates. Delays at our suppliers or at the carrier can happen, and delivery times are not guaranteed.
Delivery cost
The shop does not calculate delivery automatically. We work out the delivery cost individually for each order when we check it — it depends on the delivery address (country and postcode), on the size and weight of the parcel and on the carrier. Until then the cart and the checkout show the parts and VAT without a delivery cost. You will find the delivery cost and the final amount to pay in the order confirmation and on the proforma invoice — before you pay anything.
Deliveries outside the EU
Orders delivered outside the European Union are sold without VAT (export). Customs duties, import VAT and any customs-clearance fees of the destination country are not included in our prices and are paid by the recipient to the carrier or the customs office.
Payment
You pay only after we have confirmed your order. The confirmation email contains the proforma invoice with the bank account and the transfer title, and a payment link. Please pay within 7 days of receiving the confirmation.
